As sale season is well underway in the sheep industry at the moment, I headed off to photograph Badger Face Welsh Mountains, Texels and Blue Texels (and I even managed a Balwen or two) at Builth for the main NSA Ram Sale.
Texels saw a top price of 7000gns in the Hexham ring for the champion from Jonathan Watson, while the main ring saw a top price of 6000gns for the champion from the Logie Durno flock.
Blue Texels saw a top price of 2200gns for a ram lamb from Nina Smith’s Bluestone flock, while in the Badgers there was a top call of 830gns.
